在这个属于女性的3月，Ladies Who Tech即将在苏州举办首场活动：打造你的职场品牌。我们特别邀请了三位来自不同领域的女性科技领导者，与大家分享她们的职场品牌打造心得。她们分别是Ladies Who Tech联合创始人Jill Tang，生物信息专家叶桦博士，和精益管理企业家梁俊梅女士；他们将分别以不同身份不同行业的视角，与大家共同探讨职场进步空间。
This International Women’s Month, Ladies Who Tech Suzhou brings you our first city chapter event of 2023: Build Your Own Career Brand. We invite three tech leaders from different fields to share their experiences on personal career branding - Jill Tang, co-founder of Ladies Who Tech, Dr. Ye Hua, bioinformatics expert, and Junmai Leung, lean management entrepreneur. They will discuss career advancement from the perspectives of different identities and industries. 与此同时，我们希望以此次活动为起点，在苏州搭建一个科技女性线下线上融合的共创平台，聚力科技女性发展。 This event will be a starting point to building a co-creation platform for offline and online integration and to promoting the development of women in STEM in Suzhou.

Ladies Who Tech 由从事STEM的女性发起并创立。通过挑战现状并帮助和鼓励更多的女性来发现自己在STEM领域的潜力并参与进来。我们希望提高社会对科技产业女性从业人员缺乏的认识，并帮助公司招聘更多的女性从事STEM行业进而提高公司的多元化。 Ladies Who Tech was started by women who are in the STEM industries and believe in challenging the status quo by encouraging more women to assist and discover their potential in STEM. We want to raise awareness of the lack of women in the STEM industries and help companies to have more diversity.
