In early 2021, Microsoft aligned with Ladies Who Tech and DDI to initiate the Women · Digital · Future (WDF) initiative aimed at helping 1 million Chinese women who are keen in increasing digital skills, confidently embrace the digital future. With the current trend of digital transformation, WDF wants to enable more women to realize their dreams by the power of technology, bring more contribution to their industries as well as society with more creativity, and make more impact in this digital world.
